Q: Can I do business with MOR Vacations if I do not live in the USA?
          A: Anyone in the world can purchase the product.  The product is serviced from the US in two languages, English and Spanish.
 
Q: Is there a website I can go to where I can see what kind of vacations and prices you offer?
         A: You are required to provide MOR Vacations with a Tax Identification Number that has been Issued by the Internal Revenue Service.
All domestic persons and business can use their IRS issued Social Security Numbers (SSN) or Employer Identification Numbers (EIN.)  If you are a foreigner or a foreign corporation and still wish to do business in the US you will be required to obtain an EIN online.  The process is free of charge and only takes a few minutes to complete.  Click on this link: https://sa1.www4.irs.gov/modiein/individual/index.jsp  and click the "Begin Application" button near the bottom of the page.  Your EIN will be given to you over the website.  Any foreigner or foreign business can use this form to obtain an EIN in just a few minutes and there is no paperwork or identification documents to mail in.

Q: After I sign up, how do I know when I can start using my membership?
         A: A customer service representative will call you as soon as we process your order to help you get into your back office for your first time and let you know how to use your membership id to book vacations. This would also be a great time for you to ask any questions you might have.

Q: How do the guest passes work?
        A: You can have friends and family take vacations using your membership if you would like. The only requirement is that the vacation has to be booked with the member's credit card. You can never run out of guest passes, which is just another reason why people love having a MOR Vacation membership.

Q. What if I have the Diamond Lifetime Membership but get to the point where I can't use it anymore?
        A: One great thing about our lifetime memberships is that they are transferable! After one year you may transfer the membership into someone else's name, whether it's your child, cousin, friend, it's up to you.

Q: What kind of savings can I get on condos?
        A: We have such great savings on condos around the world that you will never want to book with anyone else! The savings vary and have been seen to go up to 90% off the original price!!!

Q: Do I need to have a sponsor?
        A: Yes, you do need to have a sponsor. They are very helpful when it comes to questions you may have about the business or just how to do certain things like sweep commissions, book a vacation, or start a marketing campaign.

Q: How will I know what my website is?
        A: Your website will be www.morvacations.com/yourusername 

Q: What if I want to cancel my membership?
        A: You have three days from the time you receive your product to cancel and get your money back. After the three days is up, you may not receive any refunds.

Q: Where can I find pay plan material?
        A: There are some links in your back office resource center to documents of the pay plan. A helpful website to check out would be www.largedollar.com which also explains the pay plan.

Q: How many vacations can I book with my membership?
        A: You can go on as many vacations as you would like with your membership! You are not limited to a certain number of vacations a year like some other companies. WIth MOR Vacations, you chose how many vacations you would like to take!

Q: Can I put a membership in a company name?
        A: No, all memberships have to be personal memberships. You may not have a membership in names of businesses, churches, companies, organizations, etc.  

Q: What if I want to go to a resort that is not on the website?
        A: You can always take advantage of the VIP service we offer for an annual charge of $149 which allows you a concierge service and personal travel agent. If you know of a resort you want to visit, you can call Travel Services and they can search for it for you.

Q: Does the price of the condo include airfare?
        A: No, airfare is not included unless you book one of our vacation packages. You may, however, use our VIP service to call and book flights with no booking fees if you are a VIP member. 

Q: Can I have my own site aside from the one we get from MOR Vacations?
        A: Yes, you may make your own websites. If there is any content that is different then the MOR Vacations website than you need to have it approved by the coorporate office.

Q. Can I sign people up outside the US? 
        A. You can sign up affiliates outside of the US as long as they have a US SSN, TIN, or EIN. This is necessary for year-end 1099 tax forms that need to be sent out. Since we are not set up to do business in Australia and we report no income to the Australian taxing authority, we require affiliates to be registered in the US as a business or as a US person working from a foreign country.
